Auto Parts & Equipment company Motherson Sumi Wiring India announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 3,334.62 crore in Q4FY26, representing a QoQ increase of 15.50% compared to Rs 2,887.07 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY increase of 32.88% compared to Rs 2,509.52 crore in Q4FY25. Total Income: Rs 3,335.94 crore in Q4FY26, showing a QoQ growth of 15.51% from Rs 2,888.02 crore in Q3FY26 and a YoY growth of 32.85% from Rs 2,511.13 crore in Q4FY25. Profit for the Period: Rs 167.30 crore in Q4FY26, an increase of 11.95% QoQ from Rs 149.44 crore in Q3FY26 and an increase of 1.44% YoY compared to Rs 164.93 crore in Q4FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS stood at Rs 0.25 for Q4FY26, up 8.70% QoQ from Rs 0.23 in Q3FY26 and remaining flat YoY at Rs 0.25. FY26 Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 11,477.58 crore for FY26, an increase of 23.15% YoY compared to Rs 9,320.28 crore in FY25. Total Income: Rs 11,481.52 crore for FY26, a growth of 23.03% YoY from Rs 9,332.20 crore in FY25. Profit for the Year: Rs 625.18 crore for FY26, showing an increase of 3.19% YoY compared to Rs 605.86 crore in FY25. Net Cash Flows from Operating Activities: Rs 761.32 crore for FY26, representing a significant YoY increase of 108.68% compared to Rs 364.82 crore in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic EPS for the full year FY26 was Rs 0.94, an increase of 3.30% YoY from Rs 0.91 in FY25. Dividend: The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.58 per equity share (face value of Rs 1 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Business Highlights: Bonus Share Issuance: During the year, the company allotted 2,210,553,966 bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1 equity share for every 2 equity shares held (1:2 ratio) on July 21, 2025. Share Capital Increase: Consequent to the bonus allotment, the paid-up share capital of the company increased to Rs 6,631,661,898. Employee Stock Option Scheme: The Board approved the "Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025" in December 2025 to benefit eligible employees, which was later approved by shareholders in February 2026. EPS Adjustment: Basic and diluted earnings per share for all presented periods have been adjusted to reflect the impact of the bonus share issuance. The company's EV revenue share was 8.6% for Q4FY26 and 6.6% in 12MFY26. The company continues to remain a debt-free company since its inception.
