The Board In its Meeting held on 21st November 2025 considered and approved (1) an invest plan of Rs.25.00 Crores in the Compulssory Convertible Debentures of and (2) To form a Jointventure with Big Bang Boom Solutions Private Limited, and approved to sign necessary agreements in this regard.
