Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 and 52 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on November 4, 2025, has, inter-alia, considered and approved the Statement of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2025, in accordance with the provisions of Regulations 33 and 52 of the Listing Regulations. A copy of the aforementioned results along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon is enclosed herewith as Annexure I.
