MSTC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results with Limited review report for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2025. Further, in terms of the Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was intimated to the Stock Exchanges vide letter No. MSTC/CS/SE/677 dated 22nd September, 2025 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2025 to 14th November, 2025.
