The trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the company by its designated persons shall remain closed from January 01st, 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of the board of Directors of the Company to be held to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.
