Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2024. 2. To Hold the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Thursday, September 12, 2024. 3. Proposal for raising of funds for an amount upto Rs. 2,000 Crores by way of various fund raising options. 4. Revision in the Code of internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating , monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated person.
