The BSE has responded to rumors that Swadeshi Industries is "merging with Coca Cola", and has asked the company for clarification. This news is unverified and is currently being circulated via SMS and Whatsapp. The all-caps message doesn't seem to have any previous BSE announcements backing the claim - investors are advised to be cautious. 

The company has very high PE for a firm with negative profits and operating margins - the price crossed above its 30 day SMA today on high volumes following the SMSes and Whatsapp messages.
