Apparels & Accessories company Page Industries announced Q1FY27 results Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 1,42,044.53 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a YoY increase of 7.89% from Rs 1,31,656.11 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 13.40% from Rs 1,25,259.94 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total income stood at Rs 1,43,105.99 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 1,33,136.92 lakh in Q1FY26 (up 7.49% YoY) and Rs 1,26,976.60 lakh in Q4FY26 (up 12.70% QoQ). Profit Before Tax: The company achieved a profit before tax of Rs 25,857.13 lakh in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY decrease of 4.31% from Rs 27,021.44 lakh in Q1FY26, but a QoQ growth of 8.73% from Rs 23,780.13 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit: Net profit for the period was Rs 19,280.62 lakh in Q1FY27, down 3.98% YoY from Rs 20,079.62 lakh in Q1FY26, while up 7.88% QoQ from Rs 17,873.04 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income: This was reported at Rs 19,286.02 lakh in Q1FY27, compared to Rs 19,927.57 lakh in Q1FY26 (down 3.22% YoY) and Rs 18,232.00 lakh in Q4FY26 (up 5.78% QoQ). Earnings Per Equity Share (Basic & Diluted): EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 172.86, compared to Rs 180.02 in Q1FY26 and Rs 160.24 in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Interim Dividend: The Board of Directors declared the 1st Interim Dividend for FY27 at Rs 200 per equity share. Dividend Schedule: The record date for the interim dividend is fixed as 19 August 2026. The payment will be made on or before 11 September 2026. Segment Performance: The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of garments. This business is considered a single reportable segment under Ind AS 108. Subsidiary Status: As of June 30, 2026, the company has no subsidiary, associate, or joint venture companies. Labour Codes Update: The company continues to monitor developments pertaining to the "New Labour Codes." In FY26, the company had recognized a non-recurring incremental cost of Rs 3,408.90 lakh in employee benefit expenses and Rs 91.52 lakh in other expenses, which were presented under 'Exceptional items'.
