Edible Oils company AWL Agri Business announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 20,582.05 crore (Up 15.28% QoQ, Up 17.69% YoY) Net Profit for the Period: Rs 268.01 crore (Up 3.14% QoQ, Up 70.71% YoY) Earnings per Share (EPS): Rs 2.07 (Up 2.99% QoQ, Up 71.07% YoY) Q4FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 21,464.78 crore (Up 15.38% QoQ, Up 17.75% YoY) Net Profit for the Period: Rs 293.06 crore (Up 8.93% QoQ, Up 53.71% YoY) Earnings per Share (EPS): Rs 2.26 (Up 8.65% QoQ, Up 53.74% YoY) FY26 Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 72,307.63 crore (Up 17.24% YoY) Net Profit for the Year: Rs 981.60 crore (Down 19.25% YoY) Earnings per Share (EPS): Rs 7.58 (Down 19.02% YoY) Net Cash Generated from Operating Activities: Rs 3,857.65 crore (Up 122.31% YoY) Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 (100%) per equity share of Rs 1 each for the financial year 2025-26. FY26 Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Rs 74,730.67 crore (Up 17.37% YoY) Net Profit for the Year: Rs 1,044.89 crore (Down 14.76% YoY) Earnings per Share (EPS): Rs 8.05 (Down 14.63% YoY) Net Cash Generated from Operating Activities: Rs 3,928.34 crore (Up 82.74% YoY. Business Highlights: Acquisition of G.D. Foods: The Company completed the acquisition of an 80% equity stake in G.D. Foods Manufacturing (India) Private Limited ("GDMPL"), owner of the "Tops" brand, on April 16, 2025, for a total purchase consideration of Rs 420.04 crore. Acquisition of OCIPL: The Company acquired a 67% equity stake in Omkar Chemical Industries Private Limited (OCIPL) on August 17, 2024. Name Change: The legal name of the Company was changed from Adani Wilmar Limited to AWL Agri Business Limited, effective March 17, 2025. IPO Proceeds: The Company has fully utilized the initial public offer (IPO) proceeds of Rs 3,506.02 crore as of September 30, 2025. Segment Performance (Consolidated Annual): Edible Oil: Segment revenue stood at Rs 59,787.47 crore. Food & FMCG: Segment revenue stood at Rs 6,473.25 crore. Industry Essentials: Segment revenue stood at Rs 8,469.95 crore. Subsidiary Struck Off: AWL Edible Oils and Foods Private Limited was struck off from the register of companies effective March 23, 2026. The Edible Oil segment witnessed healthy volume-led growth, while strong margin expansion during the quarter led to improved profitability across both Edible Oils and Foods. Over the past year, we have significantly strengthened our distribution footprint and expanded our reach across both urban and rural markets. With this foundation in place, our focus is now on driving higher throughput, improving execution, and enhancing productivity across the network. Our Alternate Channels and emerging businesses such as HoReCa and Branded Exports continue to scale up rapidly, delivering solid growth with better profitability. At the same time, our Food & FMCG portfolio is steadily progressing, with enhanced distribution and higher contribution to the overall business.
