Electrical Equipment & Products company Genus Power Infrastructures announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,537.13 crore in Q4FY26, reflecting a robust increase of 36.95% QoQ from Rs 1,122.36 crore in Q3FY26, and a strong growth of 64.09% YoY from Rs 936.77 crore in Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, revenue increased significantly by 94.55% to Rs 4,750.92 crore from Rs 2,442.02 crore in FY25. Total Income: Reached Rs 1,561.47 crore in Q4FY26, up 37.41% QoQ from Rs 1,136.37 crore in Q3FY26, and a 63.07% growth YoY from Rs 957.55 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, total income stood at Rs 4,821.22 crore, nearly doubling from Rs 2,524.59 crore in FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT) (before exceptional items and share of profit of associates): Came in at Rs 230.66 crore in Q4FY26, marking a growth of 34.85% QoQ from Rs 171.05 crore in Q3FY26, and up 42.91% YoY compared to Rs 161.40 crore in Q4FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) (from continuing operations): Reached Rs 171.76 crore in Q4FY26, jumping 22.48% QoQ from Rs 140.24 crore in Q3FY26, and increasing by 41.08% YoY from Rs 121.75 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, PAT stood at Rs 592.30 crore, growing sharply by 93.53% YoY against Rs 306.05 crore in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Stood at Rs 1,523.69 crore in Q4FY26, up 35.76% QoQ from Rs 1,122.36 crore in Q3FY26, and an increase of 62.65% YoY from Rs 936.78 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, it stood at Rs 4,737.48 crore, growing by 93.99% YoY versus Rs 2,442.02 crore in FY25. Total Income: Stood at Rs 1,547.93 crore in Q4FY26, growing 36.22% QoQ from Rs 1,136.37 crore in Q3FY26, and up 61.65% YoY from Rs 957.55 crore in Q4FY25. Profit Before Tax (PBT): Reported at Rs 247.58 crore in Q4FY26, up 29.70% QoQ from Rs 190.88 crore in Q3FY26, and an increase of 42.66% YoY from Rs 173.54 crore in Q4FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) (from continuing operations): Reported at Rs 180.69 crore in Q4FY26, up 22.40% QoQ from Rs 147.62 crore in Q3FY26, and up 41.16% YoY from Rs 128.00 crore in Q4FY25. For FY26, standalone PAT was Rs 604.96 crore, showing significant growth compared to Rs 293.03 crore in FY25. Business & Segment Highlights: Order Book: The Board noted the total executable order book position as of March 31, 2026, to be Rs 25,173 crore (excluding taxes). This includes Rs 23,361 crore of orders to be executed pursuant to a joint venture agreement with Gem View Investment Pte. Ltd. (Gemstar Infra Pte. Ltd.). Demerger of Strategic Investment Division: Pursuant to the Hon'ble NCLT, Allahabad Bench order dated April 24, 2025, the 'Strategic Investment Division' was demerged into Genus Prime Infra Limited on a going concern basis. Post-demerger, the continuing operations of the company are solely focused on a single reportable business segment, namely the 'Metering Business and related services'. Strategic Acquisition: On January 20, 2026, the company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of an 86.49% equity stake in Newlectric Innovation Private Limited (NIPL) for Rs 25.23 crore. The company already held 13.51%, making NIPL a wholly-owned subsidiary upon completion of the transaction. Management Changes: Mr. Vinod Raheja was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with effect from May 18, 2026, succeeding Mr. Nathu Lal Nama, who has transitioned out of the CFO position to continue as Whole-time Director (Executive Director). Directorate of Enforcement (ED) Action: The ED conducted a search at the company's corporate office and the Chairman's residence on December 3, 2024. During Q4FY26, the company received a notice from the PMLA Court, Patna, directing an appearance for a pre-cognizance hearing. The company is confident of having made all due compliance. Labour Codes Impact: Following the Government of India's notification of four new Labour Codes, the company evaluated the potential financial impact and recognized an incremental impact of Rs 7.92 crore in the books of account.
