For the full year FY26, revenue reached Rs 271,484 million compared to Rs 232,415 million in FY25. Total Income: Total income for Q4FY26 was Rs 77,212 million, representing a YoY increase of 16.84% from Rs 66,085 million and a QoQ increase of 10.68% from Rs 69,759 million. The annual total income for FY26 was Rs 276,579 million. Profit Before Tax (before exceptional items and share of profit of joint ventures): For Q4FY26, profit stood at Rs 20,572 million, showing a YoY growth of 8.75% compared to Rs 18,916 million and a QoQ growth of 43.03% from Rs 14,383 million. Net Profit for the Period/Year: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 12,725 million, a YoY growth of 8.68% from Rs 11,709 million and a QoQ growth of 22.11% from Rs 10,421 million. Total Revenue from Operations: For Q4FY26, standalone revenue stood at Rs 37,409 million, showing a YoY decrease of 35.72% from Rs 58,196 million and a QoQ growth of 63.81% from Rs 22,836 million. Net Profit for the Period/Year: Net profit for Q4FY26 was Rs 17,220 million, down 38.80% YoY from Rs 28,137 million but up 480.78% QoQ from Rs 2,965 million. Annual net profit for FY26 was Rs 35,598 million. Settlement and License Agreement: Zydus Pharmaceuticals USA, Inc. and Zydus Lifesciences Limited entered into a settlement with Astellas Pharma Inc. regarding Myrbetriq, paying a one-time settlement cost of Rs 3,975 million (USD 45 million). Strategic Acquisitions: Zydus MedTech (France) SAS acquired 100% share capital of Amplitude Surgical SA, France. Alidac UK Limited, a subsidiary of Zydus Wellness Limited, acquired Comfort Click Limited for GBP 239 million plus a GBP 2.64 million profit ticker.
