Healthcare Services company Indegene announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Total Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 10,631 million, representing a YoY increase of 39.73% compared to Rs 7,608 million in Q1?26, and a QoQ increase of 5.95% compared to Rs 10,034 million in Q4FY26. Total income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 10,921 million, marking a YoY growth of 39.49% from Rs 7,829 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ growth of 7.68% from Rs 10,142 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for the quarter was reported at Rs 1,527 million, showing a slight increase of 0.39% YoY from Rs 1,521 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 45.29% from Rs 1,051 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit for Q1FY27 was Rs 1,162 million, reflecting a marginal YoY decrease of 0.17% compared to Rs 1,164 million in Q1FY26, and a QoQ increase of 45.80% compared to Rs 797 million in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for the period stood at Rs 1,280 million in Q1FY27, as against Rs 1,331 million in Q1FY26 (a YoY decrease of 3.83%) and Rs 1,347 million in Q4FY26 (a QoQ decrease of 4.97%). The earnings per equity share (Basic) for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 4.84, compared to Rs 4.86 in Q1FY26 and Rs 3.32 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights: Revenue from operations for Q1FY27 was Rs 3,407 million, recording a YoY growth of 33.29% from Rs 2,556 million in Q1FY26, while showing a QoQ decrease of 7.47% from Rs 3,682 million in Q4FY26. Total income for Q1FY27 reached Rs 3,746 million, a YoY increase of 30.21% compared to Rs 2,877 million in Q1FY26 and a marginal QoQ increase of 0.08% compared to Rs 3,743 million in Q4FY26. Profit before tax for the period stood at Rs 800 million, showing a YoY growth of 33.78% from Rs 598 million in Q1FY26 and a QoQ decline of 15.97% from Rs 952 million in Q4FY26. Net Profit for Q1FY27 was reported at Rs 599 million, representing a YoY increase of 32.82% from Rs 451 million in Q1FY26, and a QoQ decrease of 16.92% from Rs 721 million in Q4FY26. Total Comprehensive Income for the period stood at Rs 607 million in Q1FY27, reflecting a YoY growth of 31.96% compared to Rs 460 million in Q1FY26, and a QoQ decrease of 8.31% from Rs 662 million in Q4FY26. Business Highlights: Segment-wise Performance: Enterprise Medical Solutions: Reported revenue of Rs 2,736 million in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 2,132 million in Q1FY26. The segment result for Q1FY27 was Rs 716 million. Enterprise Commercial Solutions: Reported revenue of Rs 7,502 million in Q1FY27, up from Rs 5,211 million in Q1FY26. The segment result for Q1FY27 reached Rs 1,197 million. Others: This segment, comprising consultancy and clinical business, reported revenue of Rs 393 million in Q1FY27, with a segment loss of Rs 115 million. IPO Fund Utilisation: The company received an amount of Rs 7,246 million (net of company's share of IPO expenses) from the fresh issue. As of June 30, 2026, the entire amount of Rs 7,246 million has been utilized. This includes Rs 3,950 million for repayment/prepayment of indebtedness of ILSL Holdings Inc., Rs 644 million for funding capital expenditure requirements, Rs 350 million for technology, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure, and Rs 2,302 million for general corporate purposes and inorganic growth. Segment Reorganisation: Effective October 01, 2025, the Group reorganised its segments by merging the Brand Activation Segment into Enterprise Commercial Solutions. The comparative period information has been recasted to reflect this change. Dividend Proposal: The Board of Directors, in their meeting held on April 29, 2026, proposed a final dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity share for FY26. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval and would result in a cash outflow of approximately Rs 542 million. On a QoQ basis, revenue grew by 6.5% from Rs 9,421 million in Q3FY26. Total Income: Rs 10,142 million in Q4FY26, up from Rs 7,812 million in Q4FY25 (29.8% YoY) and up from Rs 9,615 million in Q3FY26 (5.5% QoQ). Profit Before Tax (PBT): Rs 1,051 million in Q4FY26, a decrease of 29.6% YoY from Rs 1,493 million and a decrease of 22.0% QoQ from Rs 1,347 million.
