Realty company Brigade Enterprises announced Q1FY27 results Consolidated Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: The company reported revenue of Rs 1,11,555 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a decrease of 12.93% YoY compared to Rs 1,28,114 lakh in Q1FY26 and a decline of 23.47% QoQ from Rs 1,45,760 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Total income for Q1FY27 stood at Rs 1,17,922 lakh, reflecting a decline of 11.53% YoY from Rs 1,33,286 lakh in Q1FY26 and a 22.58% QoQ drop from Rs 1,52,311 lakh in Q4FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): PBT reached Rs 28,487 lakh in Q1FY27, marking a growth of 46.98% YoY from Rs 19,381 lakh in Q1FY26 and an increase of 16.33% QoQ from Rs 24,489 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit: The company earned a net profit of Rs 21,694 lakh in Q1FY27, up 37.35% YoY from Rs 15,795 lakh in Q1FY26 and a growth of 13.76% QoQ from Rs 19,070 lakh in Q4FY26. Earnings Per Share (EPS): Basic and diluted EPS for Q1FY27 was Rs 6.14, compared to Rs 4.60 in Q1FY26 and Rs 4.46 in Q4FY26. Standalone Financial Highlights Revenue from Operations: Standalone revenue was Rs 61,413 lakh in Q1FY27, an increase of 40.85% YoY from Rs 43,601 lakh in Q1FY26, but a decrease of 24.71% QoQ from Rs 81,573 lakh in Q4FY26. Total Income: Standalone total income for Q1FY27 was Rs 68,305 lakh, up 37.60% YoY from Rs 49,641 lakh in Q1FY26 and down 21.89% QoQ from Rs 87,451 lakh in Q4FY26. Net Profit: Net profit for the standalone entity reached Rs 11,921 lakh in Q1FY27, representing a significant YoY growth of 116.75% from Rs 5,500 lakh in Q1FY26 and a QoQ increase of 33.33% from Rs 8,941 lakh in Q4FY26. Business Highlights Segment-wise Revenue Performance (Consolidated): Real Estate: Revenue stood at Rs 65,417 lakh in Q1FY27 compared to Rs 85,268 lakh in Q1FY26. Hospitality: Revenue grew to Rs 14,467 lakh in Q1FY27 from Rs 14,025 lakh in Q1FY26. Leasing: Revenue increased to Rs 32,524 lakh in Q1FY27 from Rs 29,898 lakh in Q1FY26. Exceptional Item: The consolidated results include an exceptional gain of Rs 4,288 lakh in Q1FY27. This arose from an investment by Bain Capital in Vibrancy Real Estate Private Limited, which reduced the Holding Company's stake from 100% to 50%, requiring the retained interest to be recognized at fair value as a joint venture. Capital Increase and Bonus Issue: The paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs 24,459 lakh to Rs 32,616 lakh during Q1FY27. This was due to the allotment of 28,321 equity shares under ESOP and a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:3 (one new share for every three existing shares). Legal Developments: The Environmental Clearance for an ongoing residential project in Chennai with a carrying value of Rs 12,600 lakh was revoked by the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Tamil Nadu. The company has challenged this order by filing a writ petition before the Hon'ble Madras High Court. A hotel subsidiary, Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, is litigating a property tax demand of Rs 9,222 lakh (including interest and penalty). The company has paid Rs 4,603 lakh under protest as of June 30, 2026. Dividend: The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 (FY26), which was approved by shareholders in the annual general meeting held on August 13, 2026.
