Pharmaceuticals company Wockhardt announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Q4FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Revenue: In Q4FY26, the company reported total revenue of Rs 965 crore, marking a 30% YoY growth compared to Rs 743 crore in Q4FY25 and an 8.67% QoQ growth from Rs 888 crore in Q3FY26. EBITDA: EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 196 crore, representing a 147% YoY growth from Rs 79 crore and a 13.29% QoQ increase from Rs 173 crore in Q3FY26. EBITDA Margin: The company achieved an EBITDA margin of 20.3% in Q4FY26, compared to 10.7% in Q4FY25 and 19.5% in Q3FY26. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a positive PBT of Rs 189 crore in Q4FY26, a turnaround from a loss of Rs 22 crore in Q4FY25 and a growth of 182% over the Rs 67 crore reported in Q3FY26. Profit After Tax (PAT): PAT stood at Rs 164 crore in Q4FY26, a significant turnaround from a loss of Rs 45 crore in the previous year and a 168.85% increase from Rs 61 crore in Q3FY26. FY26 Financial Highlights: Total Revenue: For FY26, total revenue reached Rs 3,373 crore, an 11% growth compared to Rs 3,033 crore in FY25. EBITDA: Annual EBITDA grew by 51% to Rs 630 crore from Rs 418 crore in the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT): The company reported a positive annual PBT of Rs 238 crore for FY26, compared to a loss of Rs 16 crore in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT): Annual PAT reached Rs 199 crore in FY26, turning around from a loss of Rs 57 crore in FY25. Margins: Annual PAT margin stood at 5.9% for FY26 compared to -1.9% in FY25. Business Highlights Innovative Portfolio Contribution: The company’s innovative portfolio (including Novel Antibiotics and Biotechnology) contributed 28% of total revenue in Q4FY26 and 23% for the full year FY26. Biotechnology Segment Performance: Biotech operations for the quarter reached Rs 252 crore, recording a growth of 126% vs Q4FY25. For the full year FY26, Biotech operations delivered Rs 697 crore, representing 27% growth. India Branded Business: This segment stood at Rs 112 crore in Q4FY26 (18% growth) and Rs 523 crore for FY26 (15% growth), driven by Diabetic therapy, Novel Chemical Entities (NCE - EMROK), and the Regenerative Derma segment. UK Region: Revenue reached Rs 349 crore in Q4FY26 (+20% YoY) and Rs 1,318 crore for the full year FY26 (+13% YoY). Emerging Markets: This region recorded Rs 320 crore in Q4FY26 (124% growth) and Rs 958 crore for the full year (35% growth), driven primarily by the Biotech Insulin segment and traction in Latin American operations. Irish Region: Revenue stood at Rs 52 crore in Q4FY26 (+12% YoY) and Rs 209 crore for the full year (+16% YoY). Novel Antibiotics Updates: EMA granted Accelerated Assessment for Zaynich®. US FDA NDA and EU EMA MAA reviews are progressing. Miqnaf® Nafithromycin was approved and launched in India with the removal of "supply conditions" by DCGI. UK region stood at Rs 343 crore in Q3FY26 with a growth of 15% compared to the previous year. Emerging Markets region stood at Rs 264 crore in Q3FY26 with a growth of 48% compared to the previous year. The robust growth was driven mainly from our Biotech Insulin segment. The Latam operations contributed significant traction to the segment growth. Irish region stood at Rs 57 crore in Q3FY26 with a growth of 23% compared to the previous year. The overall Biotech operations for the quarter stood at Rs 213 crore, recording a growth of 96% vs Q4FY25 and 38% vs Q2FY26. This robust achievement is fuelled by our Emerging Market biotech segment growing at > 50 % with accelerated business opportunities and strategic business partnerships, new deal acquisitions from our key markets like Thailand, Egypt, Algeria and LATAM.
