Green & Renewable Energy company Inox Green Energy Services announced Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: The Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 11,948 lakh, representing an increase of 17.38% QoQ from Rs 10,179 lakh in Q3FY26 and an increase of 40.07% YoY from Rs 8,530 lakh in Q4FY25. Consolidated Revenue from operations (continuing) for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 6,867 lakh, a decline of 11.90% QoQ from Rs 7,795 lakh and an increase of 6.40% YoY from Rs 6,454 lakh in Q4FY25. Net Profit for the quarter Q4FY26 reported at Rs 2,835 lakh, showing a growth of 14.96% QoQ from Rs 2,466 lakh and a jump of 340.22% YoY from Rs 644 lakh. For the full year FY26, Consolidated Total Income reached Rs 42,621 lakh, an increase of 69.14% compared to Rs 25,199 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Revenue from operations for the full year FY26 was Rs 28,101 lakh, up 27.62% from Rs 22,019 lakh in FY25. Consolidated Net Profit for FY26 stood at Rs 10,345 lakh, marking a significant growth of 373.46% compared to Rs 2,185 lakh in FY25. Consolidated EBITDA including discontinuing operations for FY26 was Rs 20,971 lakh, compared to Rs 12,282 lakh in FY25, representing a growth of 70.75%. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 (Continued and Discontinued operations) stood at Rs 2.73, up from Rs 0.57 in FY25. Standalone Financial Highlights: The Total Income for Q4FY26 was Rs 7,605 lakh, which decreased by 14.07% QoQ from Rs 8,850 lakh and decreased by 7.48% YoY from Rs 8,220 lakh in Q4FY25. Standalone Revenue from operations (continuing) for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 5,345 lakh, declining 25.73% QoQ from Rs 7,197 lakh but increasing 1.31% YoY from Rs 5,276 lakh. Standalone Net Profit for Q4FY26 was reported at Rs 728 lakh, down 70.41% QoQ from Rs 2,460 lakh and down 44.97% YoY from Rs 1,323 lakh. For the full year FY26, Standalone Total Income was Rs 30,383 lakh, up 25.51% compared to Rs 24,207 lakh in FY25. Standalone Revenue from operations reached Rs 23,848 lakh in FY26, showing a growth of 25.93% from Rs 18,938 lakh in FY25. Standalone Net Profit for FY26 was Rs 5,247 lakh, an increase of 36.25% from Rs 3,851 lakh in FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Wise Performance: Operation & Maintenance (O&M;): Segment revenue for FY26 was Rs 24,337 lakh, compared to Rs 17,915 lakh in FY25. Power Evacuation (Discontinuing): Segment revenue for FY26 was Rs 1,456 lakh, compared to Rs 1,536 lakh in FY25. Consultancy Income: Segment revenue for FY26 was Rs 3,764 lakh, compared to Rs 4,104 lakh in FY25. Note on Segment Reporting: Information reported to the chief operating decision maker (CODM) for the purpose of resource allocation and segment performance focuses on the single business segment of providing Operations and Maintenance ("O&M;") services for WTGs and Common Infrastructure Facilities. Demerger of Power Evacuation Business: The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for the demerger of the Power Evacuation business from Inox Green Energy Services Limited to Inox Renewable Solutions Limited. The scheme became effective from May 04, 2026. New Labour Codes: The company evaluated the impact of the newly notified Labour Codes (effective November 21, 2025) and recognized an impact of Rs 50.16 lakh on its financial statement. Wind Farm Projects (SPVs): The company invested in 6 SPVs through Inter-Corporate deposits and provided bank guarantees of Rs 5,578 lakh for wind farm projects. As project completion dates expired and extensions were rejected, bank guarantees were invoked. Appeals are currently in process with the appellate authorities. O&M; Revenue Recognition: The Group maintains a policy to recognize O&M; revenue on a straight-line basis over the contract period.
