Sec/187/2025-26, dated November 17, 2025, we hereby inform you that the Company has consummated the transaction for acquisition of 100% securities of Algebra Endeavour Private Limited (holding company of Vadraj Energy (Gujarat) Limited) from JSW Cement Limited and Alpha Alternatives Holdings Private Limited.
