Corrigendum to the 93rd Annual Report of the Company: 1. On page 68, in point no 22 (1) (i) of Notes of account, 'The Company had given a guarantee to the IDBI Bank ......' be read as 'The Company had given a guarantee to the Bank of India .......' 2. On page 68, in point no 22 (1) (ii) of Notes of accounts "The Company has mortgaged by way of deposit of title deeds ......; be read as;The Company has given guarantee and further has mortgaged by way of deposit of title deeds ........; We hereby inform you that the aforesaid inadvertent errors were noticed in the 93rd Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 of the Company after the same was sent to the Shareholders through electronic mode on 30th August, 2023. The said corrections have no impact on the statement of profit and loss account of the Company. The copy of this corrigendum and updated version of Annual Report is being uploaded on the website of the Company and emailed to the shareholders
