Intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations-2015, The Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from 1st April, 2025 for the designated persons till forty eight hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
