Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons shall remain closed for 48 hours (Forty Eight) after announcement/declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended December 31, 2025.
