Approved Raising of funds by way of issue of 12,90,000 (Twelve Lakh Ninety Thousand) Convertible Warrants into 12,90,000 (Twelve Lakh Ninety Thousand) equity shares of face value Rs.10/- Each to others (i.e. persons/entities not forming part of the promoter and promoter group) on preferential basis/Private Placement at the offer price of Rs. 214/- (Rupees Two hundred and Fourteen rupees Only) each as determined in accordance with rules and regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended and to consider other matters consequential thereto, subject to the approval of the shareholders and Stock Exchange.
