Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), this is to inform that the members of the Company, at the 35th Annual General Meeting held today i.e. 30th September, 2025, considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Kiran Doshi, Practicing Company Secretary, Certificate of Practice No. 9890, Peer Review Certificate No. 1977/2022 as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five Financial Years starting from FY 2025-26 upto FY 2029-30. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/ 2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, are mentioned below as Annexure-1.
