VIKSIT ENGINEERING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As your good self is aware that Viksit Engineering Limited ('the Company') is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') vide Order dated December 8, 2023 ('Order') passed by Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, in terms of the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') and the regulations framed thereunder. Pursuant to the said Order and in accordance with the provisions of IBC, Shri Dinesh Kumar Deora (IBBI registration number: IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00958/2020-2021/13041) has appointed as the Resolution Professional of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company will be considered and approved by the Resolution Professional at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 14th February 2024.
