Market Context: Management noted that revenue saw slight moderation compared to the previous quarter due to slower conversions as buyers deferred decisions during the Tamil Nadu state elections. Kamal Lunawath, Managing Director, Arihant Foundations & Housing, said: "Despite a more measured operating environment during the quarter, the fundamentals of our business remained firmly intact. We recorded pre-sales of Rs 168 crore during the quarter, with an area sold of 1.45 lakh sq. ft. and collections of Rs 69 crore. While underlying demand remained strong, revenue saw a slight moderation compared to last quarter as conversions slowed amid a cautious approach among buyers, who deferred decisions given the broader geopolitical environment and the Tamil Nadu state elections, which concluded during the quarter with a new government now in place. Even on a lower revenue base, we delivered standout profitability, underscoring the efficiency and strength of our operating model. We are pleased to report strong momentum in our development pipeline, with multiple large residential projects having received approvals or nearing final approval. We expect to launch these projects during the current financial year, positioning us well for sustained growth in sales bookings and revenue.” Result PDF
