Recommendation of Final Diviedn of Rs. 2.5/- (25%) per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, out of the profit of the Company for FY 2024-25, subject to approval of the Shareholders at forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Final Dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration.
