This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in the Meeting held today, be and is hereby approved the resolutions passed under section 180(1)(a), section 180(1)(c), section 186, section 185 and section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013 subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
