Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 06, 2026, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ghanshyam Dass Singal (DIN: 00708019) as an Additional Director, designated as Additional Managing Director, and his re-appointment as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of five (5) years commencing from August 10, 2026, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. He shall hold office as an Additional Director up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting or the last date on which the Annual General Meeting is required to be held, whichever is earlier.
