With reference to 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company which is schedule to be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM"), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, from time to time, the company has decided to consider the name of Beneficial owners as recorded at the end of business hours as on September 09, 2025 ('Record Date') as per the list to be furnished by National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) in respect of shares held in Dematerialized form, and Members in the Register of Members of the Company in respect of shares held in Physical Form for the purpose of reckoning the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend.
