Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/Designated Persons/Connected Persons of the company from Monday, 1st July, 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the disclosure of the unaudited Financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 to the stock exchange. The date of the Board meeting for declaration of the financial results of the company for 1st quarter ended 30th June, 2024 will be intimated in due course.
