Publish Audited Results
Vardhaman Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall submit its Audited Annual Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, within 60 days from the end of the financial year i.e. by May 30, 2012.Accordingly, the Company will not submit the unaudited financial results for the last quarter ended March 31, 2012.
