Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Company has fixed Tuesday 19th September, 2023 as cut-off date/ record date for the purpose determining members eligible to receive dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, if approved in the ensuing AGM. Further the Register of Members and Share transfer books shall remain closed from Wednesday 20.09.2023 to Tuesday 26.09.2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday 26th September, 2023.
