In terms of the Provisions of Sub-Regulations (1) of Regulations 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct, the " Trading Window" for the dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 1, 2025 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2025 to the Public.
