This is with reference to our earlier submission, dated 23/08/2025, of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. We wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent oversight during the design and compilation of the Annual Report, Note No. 4 - Significant Accounting Policies forming part of the Financial Statements was inadvertently omitted in the originally submitted version. We are enclosing herewith the Revised Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 33rd AGM for financial year 2024-25 after incorporation of the above changes and the same is also available on the website of the Company
