The shareholders of the Company at their 41st AGM held today i.e. September 03, 2026, inter-alia, have approved re-appointment of Mr. Paresh V. Merchant (DIN: 00660027) as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of three years commencing from December 28, 2026.
