In accordance to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in connection to the public announcement dated November 29, 2024 and November 30, 2025 pertaining to acquisition of shares of M/s. GSB Finance Limited ("the Company") by Mr. Vivek Singhal, Mr. Kshitij Agarwal, M/s. Nivesh Mandi Private Limited and M/s. Stock Mandi (collectively known as "Acquirers"), it is hereby informed that the Company has received the consent of the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") approving acquisition of 55.25% of the paid-up equity capital and control of GSB Finance Limited.
