The Notice of the Eighty-Sixth AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 are also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.modernshares.com. The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, September 16, 2025 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and to update the Register of Members. Further, the Company has fixed Tuesday, September 16, 2025 as the cut-off date
