Revenue from Operations: Revenue for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 39,892.90 lakh, reflecting a decline of 4.17% QoQ compared to Rs 41,627.22 lakh in Q3FY26, and a growth of 6.52% YoY from Rs 37,450.51 lakh in Q4FY25. For the full financial year FY26, revenue was Rs 1,53,936.87 lakh, a growth of 7.22% over Rs 1,43,576.86 lakh in FY25. Net Profit: The company earned a Net Profit after tax of Rs 137.38 lakh in Q4FY26, representing an 86.58% decrease QoQ from Rs 1,024.06 lakh in Q3FY26 and a 95.32% decrease YoY from Rs 2,938.59 lakh in Q4FY25. Business Highlights: Segment Performance - Plywood and Allied Products: Revenue: For Q4FY26, revenue reached Rs 3,830.00 lakh, growing by 36.08% QoQ and 13.40% YoY. For FY26, segment revenue was Rs 13,268.57 lakh compared to Rs 13,518.81 lakh in FY25. Results: Segment results for Q4FY26 stood at Rs 444.45 lakh. For FY26, the result was Rs 1,099.44 lakh compared to Rs 1,170.19 lakh in FY25. Segment Performance - Medium Density Fibreboards (MDF) and Allied Products: Revenue: For Q4FY26, revenue stood at Rs 36,062.90 lakh, a decrease of 7.08% QoQ but an increase of 5.84% YoY. For the full year FY26, segment revenue grew to Rs 1,40,668.30 lakh from Rs 1,30,058.05 lakh in FY25. Results: Segment results for Q4FY26 were Rs 3,121.64 lakh. For FY26, the results were Rs 9,349.46 lakh compared to Rs 17,299.05 lakh in FY25. Dividend: The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share (50% on face value of Rs 1 each) for the financial year 2025-26. Subsidy Recognition: The company recognized balance approved subsidies totaling Rs 6,217.93 lakh for its plant at Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. This includes Rs 849.91 lakh as Power subsidy under 'Other Operating Revenue' and Rs 5,368.02 lakh as adjustments from Property, Plant and Equipment. GST Deposit: The company voluntarily deposited Rs 479.82 lakh against GST liability for the period FY2019-20 to FY2024-25 due to disallowance of ineligible input tax credit.
