Shradha AI Technologies Ltd. has subscribed to the Memorandum of Association of the Moodscope AI Private Limited entitling to the Company to exercise 51% of Equity Share Capital of Moodscope AI Private Limited. Consequently, the Moodscope AI Private Limited has become the Subsidiary of Shradha AI Technologies Ltd.
