The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, inter-alia considered and approved the issuance of up to 15,000 (Fifteen thousand) Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible Debentures ('NCDs') having face value of ?1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) per debenture, including a green shoe option of 7,500 (Seven thousand five hundred) NCDs on private placement basis.
