Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10/-per share (100deg/o) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This, together with the interim dividend of Rs.10/-per share (100%) paid on March 04, 2022 will make a total dividend of Rs. 20/-per share (200%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
