This is to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insider of the Company pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2025, till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025.
