Closer of Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Person" and their "Immediate Relatives" from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 - till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2026.
